At Classiquemen.com we want our customers to enjoy an unforgettable shopping experience. That’s why we’ve created a team that have eyes for quality and they are responsible for selecting the best products to guarantee a quality purchase.

As part of the experience, we know that on some occasions we will not be able to fulfil all your expectations, so we offer you service returns and refunds that will allow you to continue to enjoy shopping with us.

Our customers have the right to return the product within 14 natural days if they are defective, damaged or if the product does not fit the description upon arrival. This term will expire on the 14th day after the product has been received by the customer.

1) DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ORDER

  1. In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (It’s clearly broken and unusable)
  2. Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product A Received Product B)
  3. The size sent is not the same as the requested one. (Customer requests size S and the product received is labelled with size M) Unless the product description states otherwise

The customer has the right to receive a new product depending on product availability. In case the product is not available, the customer will be refunded with a Store Credit or for the total amount.

2) PRODUCT DOESN’T FIT THE EXPECTATIONS:

  1. The selected size does not fit the customer’s measurements.
  2. The customer simply wants a change for another product or return it.
  3. Patterns have some variations according to the picture.
  4. Colour is slightly different from the picture.
  5. Material quality is not exactly what the customer wants.

We may choose to offer a DISCOUNT CODE of 75% of the value of the product in exchange for the customer keeping the item, therefore avoiding possible shipping and customs costs.

3) CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR A CHANGE OR RETURN:

  1. No refund requests will be accepted by email, chats or any other method.
  2. No refund requests will be accepted after 14 natural days for any reason.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. We’ll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally paid.
  5. Refund or Changes will be executed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee.
  6. Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.
  7. After we sent the refund confirmation to the customer, the refund can take between 7 to 14 business days to be reflected on your account statement.

To exercise the right to change or return the product, you must initiate the process through Change and Return Form. 

In the form, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of the defects. 

Once your refund application is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-7 days.

4) Customs, Duties, Taxes & Fees

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient.

There is a chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however, if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government. The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra, as this would be detrimental to our sales. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
